LSL never died. It lives an unending tortured existence just like AMC's The Walking Dead.

Gotta give the SJW's something to cry about once in a while :tard:

If it's funny enough I might have to buy 10 copies just to support the devs!

EDIT: just read the article. Sounds like the author has quite the stick up his ass. Not only that, his name is Wesley and he has a soyface. Just lol.

Trailer starts out boring, like some Pokemon Go ad, but it's actually a proper Pokemon game for Switch!

And you can transfer Pokemon from Pokemon Go to it!

So this is basically Pokémon Go on Switch?
Trailer looks good and it'll be a massive commercial success, but I think I'll pass. I presume this is just a spin-off and not a replacement of the classic Pokémon RPGs?

It's like a bridge between Pokemon Go and proper Pokemon games.

If you look at 1:20, the battle system is more like regular Pokemon. The catching mechanic is more like Pokemon Go though. There are RPG elements with NPCs, and you're supposed too be able to explore the whole Kanto region.

What are the chances of the main core sequel being a revolutionary Open World Pokemon with real time action rpg elements and not just another classic pokemon?

It will definitely still be turn based RPG, it's a core element of the franchise gameplay, and allows for trading between generations.

Real time action RPG elements will be for spin-offs like Mystery Dungeon, Rumble etc.

Open world Pokemon would be awesome. But knowing Nintendo, it's not going to happen. They're online service is way behind other developers, and they've never made an open world game, or anything close, even on the Switch. Still a way way off, I would think.
