I was wondering what it was about, turns out they're doing a PG-13 cut of Deadpool 2, with a portion of sales going to charity, running 2 weeks up to Christmas.  :meh:
So that trailer would have about as much new content as the movie?

Are they just cutting out the R stuff or actually making all new scenes? Such a weird concept.

Everest is amazing. I love climbing disaster movies so I was going to like it anyway, but itís the most realistic, least romantic Hollywood mountaineering flick I can think of. Itís just a dark, exhausting disaster, basically the opposite of Vertical Limit.

Pretty much. Princess Bride style framing device with Fred Savage, but otherwise mostly Deadpool 2 footage I reckon.

Looks like both to me. I still kinda want to see it tbh. Granted, I'm not gonna see it day 1 in the theater but definitely gonna check it out if/when it hits Netflix. :hehe:

I can guarantee you it's going to be huge. Nostalgia alone will make it successful plus it has some huge names attached.

I'm really skeptical any time a company goes back to the well of previous success. If a franchise from the 50s gets rebooted, whatever, it's a whole new generation, but this is just my childhood remade in a computer, meh.

They're running through the most popular animated films from their catalogue.
They've had enough success to want to continue to do this.
Alice in Wonderland, Cinderella, Jungle Book, Beauty and the Beast - all of them have generated hundreds of millions in the box office.
You can't stop the money train. I personally haven't found any of the above films to be particularly entertaining.

I'm interested in Aladdin though (it's probably my favourite Disney film).

As long as they stay away from ma nigga the Great Mouse Detective I'm fine. I wish they would bring back 2d animation. I miss it so much.

The Nun

After Hill House was so good, itís hard to go back to the cliche jump scares and growling ghosts of a boring Hollywood horror movie! Probably the worst Conjuring movie.
